At Global Special Effects, we stand by the quality and performance of our products, ensuring they meet your expectations for value, functionality, and service. If you are dissatisfied with a machine, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your product so we can work toward a mutually beneficial resolution.

Return & Refund Guidelines:

  • Machines: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
  • Fluids: Due to insurance and liability reasons, we cannot accept returns on fluids.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method only after the returned item is received and inspected. Any order refund or order cancellation is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Repair Return Process:

STEP 1: Request an Return Authorization Number (RA#)

There are 2 ways to receive an RA#:

  • Call: Give us a call at (256) 229-5551 and speak to a sales rep to receive a Return Authorization Number.
  • Email: Email your sales rep or Service@GlobalSpecialEffects.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.

*Returns without a valid RA# will be REFUSED.

STEP 2: Complete Repair Return Form

  • Packing: Pack items with care. Global Special Effects is not responsible for damages in shipping.
  • Repair Return Form: Be sure the completed Repair Return Form with valid RA# is included with your shipment.
