RETURN POLICY

Global Special Effects is dedicated to providing quality and innovative products that meet our customer’s expectations with regards to value, functionality, service, and delivery. We want you to be happy and feel good about your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a machine, please contact customer support at (256) 229-5551 or info@globalspecialeffects.com within (7) days of receiving your machine so that we may come up with a mutually beneficial resolution. Unfortunately, due to insurance and liability reasons we are unable to accept returns on any fluids or sanitizer products.

Any refunds on returned or exchanged items will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds will not be issued until we have received and inspected the product. Shipping costs for any returned or exchanged products are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any refund or order cancellation is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
